ClipCaptionAI is a limited public beta. It processes the files you choose to upload only to perform the workflow you request.

Retention

Uploads, temporary working files, generated artifacts, and run metadata are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Download anything you want to keep. Failed or stopped jobs may be cleaned sooner.

Service data

The server may retain short-lived security and operational logs such as request time, route, status, and network address. Access codes and uploaded file contents are not intentionally written to application logs.

AI providers

Some workflows send extracted audio or text to the configured AI provider to complete the requested task. Do not upload confidential material or content you are not authorized to process.
